All of our wooden pendants are designed and hand-drawn by our in-house artists before being cut on maple hardwood, engraved, painted and assembled in our studio. Simply select the finish of the wood that you prefer, type of necklace that you'd like to wear it on and the type of metal of the locking ring on which it hangs.

If you'd like the pendant painted differently than what you see, select the custom hand-painted option and we will customize painting the piece for you! (Instructions below.)

The raw wood finish has many options for use. As is, it makes for a lovely all-natural piece of jewelry or a diffuser pendant for use with perfume or essential oils. It also is fun as a paint-your-own option for kids and adults alike.

The Nitty Gritty:

•Size: All wooden pendants for necklaces are 1" on the longest side.

•Hand-painted and custom hand-painted are painted with acrylic paint and finished with a matte finish acrylic sealer.

•Custom hand-painted pendants are painted to your order request with endless customization and personalization options. You're welcome to send us a reference photo (ie of your goat if you'd like us to paint one of our goat pendants to look like them) or simply color or palette preferences.

•Please send us your order number and a reference photo or color preference instructions for "custom painted" orders in the form of an email to TheFireflyFields@gmail.com or a text to 716.512.0963 (texts only). We will reply with a confirmation of receipt and with any additional questions for your order.

•The metal connector rings that we use contain a locking piece to make them sturdy and are lead, nickel and cadmium free. All Sterling is Sterling Silver 925. The alternate connector ring is antique copper plated brass. Deerskin lace is USA made and colored with vegetable dye.

•Please allow for slight color variations, as we hand-mix all of our paint colors. Additionally, colors may vary a bit based on the screen of the device on which you're viewing our website.

•Item contains small pieces and is a choking hazard.

•Care instructions: While our pieces are very solidly made and durable, it is technically recommended that you remove them before showering/swimming etcetera or applying lotions/other beauty products. Additionally, sterling silver does naturally tarnish and will require periodic cleaning to maintain its shine.
