Shipping, Returns, FAQ & More

SHIPPING
  • For specific shipping requests, please contact us at thefireflyfields@gmail.com prior to placing your order. 
  • Most items ship within 3 business days, however some may take up to 7-10 days to ship. Custom orders, depending on your desired specifications and the size of the order, may take longer. During high volume times (ie web site launch, collection launches, large sales, the holiday season), our estimated processing time may be slightly higher. If you ever need an order asap, please contact us prior to or immediately after placing your order. We typically can accommodate special requests.
  • We are able to ship to most countries. Please inquire before ordering should you have any questions about this. The customer is responsible for any and all taxes and duties due upon delivery.
  • If your package is returned to us through no fault of our own (ie but not limited to if you don't pay international duties or refuse to sign at delivery if you've set it up as such), we are not required to refund the order. If additional shipping fees are required to re-ship, this is at the customer's expense.

RETURNS

  • We want you to love your items as much as we do :) Please contact us within one week for returns or 45 days for an exchange.
  • Custom or bespoke orders, personalized items, items discounted 50% or more, buy-one-get-one and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If the package arrived damaged from shipping, please photograph all sides of the package as well as the item and email us at thefireflyfields@gmail.com within one week of delivery date. The more details that you include, the more efficiently we can assist you.
  • If you received the item as a gift, you may return the item for store credit as long as it meets the standard return policies (new, unused condition etc.). 
  • If you received any free items with your purchase (a free gift with a purchase of $50 or more, for example), the free gift must be returned with the qualifying original purchase if a return of the original purchase is desired.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Feel free to ask if we have discounted shipping rates available at the time of your return. 
  • All items must be in new, unworn, original condition to be accepted as a return.
  • Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the item(s) back from you.
  • If you would like to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at thefireflyfields@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. A $2 cancellation fee applies.

MORE

  • Coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. They are not retroactive. We do not do price adjustments after the fact. 
  • We maintain the right to merge orders. If you place multiple orders during their processing times to the same shipping address, we may merge them into less shipments/packages. Please specify if you need them to ship separately.
  • The new-email signup popup discount code promotion is valid for the calendar year in which you signup. The discount does not apply to already discounted items and excludes some live plants, plant flats and other products that are noted as such in on their product pages. For questions, feel free to reach out anytime before placing an order with your coupon code.
